Pinpon, Inc. are committed to the respecting the privacy of your data. It is a big deal to us because your communication is what we care about the most. We will only access your account to help you with a problem you are experiencing or to help debug a software issue.
All communication between your Slack channels and Pinpon's services are encrypted using SSL.
When you sign up with Pinpon, you authorize us to access information about your Slack account. We only collect the bare minimal information needed to provide you with the best experience using our product. We will never sell your personal information to third parties and we won't use your name or company for marketing purposes without your permission.
In addition, Pinpon does not store any of your Slack activity except the reported scores.
In order for Pinpon to be integrated with Slack and perform its bot duties, Pinpon does collect the following information when you authorize your Slack account: Your Slack username and user ID, your team name and team ID.
For organization owners (those who purchase a subscription) we also ask for their email. This is stored and used only for communication about your account status.
Your payments for Pinpon are processed by the third-party credit card processor Stripe. Your credit card information is never stored in any way by us and the information is directly sent to Stripe, all using SSL encryption.
Pinpon will not provide your data to law enforcement unless a court order says that we have to. We will reject any request by a law enforcement agency unless they provide the necessary court orders. We will inform you if a request is made for your data unless we are legally restricted to do so.
When you cancel your account, your data is still kept on our servers in case you want to reactivate your account in the future. Pinpon will not collect any further data about your Slack team or it's participants. If you wish to have your account data deleted, you may do so by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
